kyle boettner

Coach Kyle is a dedicated basketball trainer and coach with a proven track record of player development. He brings extensive experience to the court, having spent the last two seasons as an assistant coach at Bishop O’Connell.

He is currently the head coach of the ABC 16u team, after coaching our 15u and middle school teams last spring.

Kyle has also served as a Director at Wootten Camp last summer, leading their rigorous morning and night skills sessions.

Bringing firsthand collegiate experience from his time playing at Shenandoah University and Guilford College, Kyle understands what it takes to compete at the next level.

He has worked with athletes of all ages and skill levels, including McDonald’s All-American Darius Bivins.

In his training sessions, Kyle focuses on developing the complete player. He builds finishing skills, shooting ability, and unwavering on-court confidence. His specialty is utilizing unique, innovative ball-handling drills designed to maximize a player’s dexterity and control.

reuben mceachern

Reuben McEachern brings a championship pedigree and an elite work ethic to every training session.

Entering his senior season, Reuben is a Conference Champion, Conference Defensive Player of the Year, and a Second Team All-Conference selection. 

His all-around impact was undeniable last season, as he led the team in minutes, rebounds, assists, and steals, while ranking second in scoring.

Beyond his impressive playing resume, Reuben is an incredible coach, trainer, and motivator. 

He has a unique ability to connect with everyone he meets and fuel their passion for the game. Athletes who train with Reuben consistently leave his high-energy sessions excited, confident, and eager to get back on the court.

jake coulam

As the starting point guard for Yorktown, Jake Coulam has led the team to back-to-back 20-win seasons for the first time in school history, capturing a District Championship and making a Regional Final appearance along the way.

His relentless work ethic has earned him District Player of the Year and Second Team All-State honors, alongside First Team All-District and All-Region selections.

What Jake might lack in raw size or strength, he more than makes up for with an incredibly deep bag of skills. He is an expert at navigating the floor, getting to his spots, and creating high-quality, open looks for himself and his teammates.

In his training sessions, Jake utilizes the exact same challenging and creative drills that helped him build his elite, all-around game. Over the past year, he has grown tremendously as a coach, trainer and leader as he passes down his knowledge to the next generation of Arlington basketball players!
